This course focuses on discussing the parent's perspective of a child with dysphagia, surgical options for laryngeal cleft, treatment options for pediatric aspiration, and provides additional resources to further understanding.
Dr. Taylor Arnold is a picky eating and pediatric nutrition expert. She specializes in helping parents shape healthy relationships with food so their kids eat more veggies and don’t obsess over sweets. Dr. A is a mom of two, has a PhD in nutrition, and is a pediatric registered dietitian. She has a YouTube channel and podcast where provides FREE content and courses to parents about healthy feeding, picky eating, and infant solids introduction. Her mission is to change the world by making this information accessible and affordable to EVERYONE, and to help parents raise the next generation of eaters to love and nourish their bodies.

Brianna Miluk, MS, CCC-SLP, CLC is a speech language pathologist and Certified Lactation Counselor who focuses on pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders. She especially loves serving infants and medically complex children. Bri strives to provide treatment that builds on responsive feeding approaches, is multidisciplinary, and considers a child's zone of proximal development and principles of neuroplasticity. She primarily works in the home health setting and enjoys mentoring future and current SLPs interested in PFDs.
